Ramudden has signed an agreement to acquire Halleskog & Hansson AB

Ramudden has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Halleskog & Hansson AB, one of the regional leaders in the Stockholm market within temporary traffic management and traffic control plans. In 2021, Halleskog & Hansson had a revenue of approx. SEK 45mn.

The acquisition further strengthens Ramudden’s position with a total of nine depots in the Greater Stockholm Area and 44 depots across Sweden.
